24-Hour Delivery Guarantee:
If we fail to deliver your data within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

No Free Samples Policy:
Due to the extensive effort and costs involved in data processing, we do not offer free sample data. However, we guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the data we provide.

Data Quality Assurance:
In the unlikely event of issues such as DND numbers, invalid contacts, or unreachable entries, please submit your calling sheet or CRM report as proof, and we will replace the affected data within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Payments:
Payments made for our data services are non-refundable. This policy helps safeguard the integrity of our service and prevents potential misuse.

Commitment to Long-Term Partnerships:
Our priority is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients by offering tailored data solutions that align with your business needs.

Premium Leads Availability:
Premium leads are available on a first-come, first-served basis, priced at ₹5 per lead. These leads are exempt from the minimum order requirement of ₹25,000.

Exclusive Data Resale Policy:
We do not resell the same leads for a period of six months. However, due to the dynamic nature of data, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy beyond this period.
